Image Storage: We only store and save images that you explicitly choose to save to your gallery. Images that are uploaded for processing but not saved to your gallery are only used for immediate processing and are not permanently stored on our servers.
You retain all rights to your content. By uploading images to our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process those images solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service to you.
You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights.

Limited Data Collection: We do not collect, save, or store any additional user data beyond what is necessary for account creation and service provision. We are committed to protecting your privacy and minimizing data collection.

5. Payment and Subscriptions
Stripe Processing: All purchases and subscription payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
By subscribing to our paid plans, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with your selected subscription plan. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are quoted in US Dollars.
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to our website or via email.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support.

You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
